  3. Go through the textbook and scan through the activity available in it...
  4. Move around the school and locate all the facilities that you could use for classroom learning and teaching... AV Room, Computer Room, Projector, Hall, Classrooms, etc...
  5. Plan your lesson ahead...
*Remember... No one could help you when you are in school except yourself... be kind, friendly and humble... after all, you have nothing to lose...

  2. Look into the textbook... what it has for you... ask yourself, is it enough...
  3. Look at the theme... think of something that could be related to it...
  4. Write your lesson plan... the best is PPP... Presentation/Practice/Production... for me lah
  5. Plan your lesson accordingly... don't be over ambitious... an hour lesson with 6 objectives... killing the students ah...
Materials:
  1. Textbook: don't ask the students to read/copy/answer in the textbook... you should retype/photocopy/rewrite the activity on mahjong paper/word cards/on projector...
  2. Pictures: you could download them from Internet or draw by yourself... At least A3 size... don't spoil the students' eyes... 40 in a class... large pictures attract attention...
  3. Radio: teach listening to either dialogue/songs/speech/instruction... could use this with worksheets...

First, draw a circle on the A4 paper. Next, draw... After that,... Finally,... (language skills involved)...
  3. Do not use materials per se from the textbook... Come on... textbook is just a guide and it contains sample activity... you as a teacher needs to be wise and be creative to bring new ideas to the lesson... don't be lazy...
